Hey Guy's.


Today i where playing in surf rpg#8.
Map surf_year3000

I got banned today by admin hao(NL) without any warning.
In my opinion also without any good reason to ban me.

What i did was jump down at spawn and surf to there side to get shotgun and kill.
I never got banned for that and its also no spawnkilling or teleportcamping etc etc etc.

The point is that i killed some players and apperantly he could not stand it or something.
Really freaking noobish way to bann me for shit.

I play for like 6 months on this server now and i never got banned or anyhing.


This is my complaint about him being admin also....

So Unban please guy's becouse this is ....

In my oppinion ban for something as that is totally BS, sorry for my language but it's my opinion.
Every high level does it, and it's not forbidden nor has it been pointed out by ANY of the actuall surf admins that it is forbidden.
IF this is the real cause for the ban, I suggest that complexity get's a unban. Since he is one of the highest lvl's = one of those who have spent most of their time on the TwG server.

Also I am not quite sure, since on the SourceBan site the reason "ignoring a admin" is given, but still, a 1hour ban just for that is a little bit harsh.

Anyways, I think that the Admin responsible, if it is Hao, to respond to this and tell his side of the story, and also maybe a surf admin in case of a rule break to clear that thing up.

Indeed i agree with you, its not fair you have been banned for that ( if its the reason )

could be that hao asked him to stop Spawnkilling ( in his opinion ).

Since hao is not in a position to ask him to stop spawnkilling, since spawnkilling is allowed.
There is no admin who can tell some1 to stop spawnkilling, unless Mats changes the rules and adds " No spawnkilling " to the list.
And if THAT is the reason, I suggest that complexity get's unbanned and that you guys talk with Hao. But I wasn't there so I only know what is told here, and what I've been told over Steam and read on SourceBans.

Wel listen, it isnt spawnkilling becouse its NOT on there spawn.
Its at the end off first stage!

It say's im banned becouse i ignored the admin.
But i did not read anything in chat about him talking to me.

Even iff he did that there was no reason to talk to me or warn me for anything.
I did not break any rule's on surf#8 i never did also!

Firt admin who joins for a second time or something in surf bans me?

this was because you where using your RPG skills to kill ppl before they could even reach a gun or wep.
i asked you to stop with this. the logs can be checked if needed.
and you didnt answered it and just kept going on.

Is that a crime to use the skills you have earned by playing in RPG to kill people ?
Since if it does then i dont know why we have an rpg server.

Well, if Surf_year3000 is the map where you can throw a grenade to get duals, then You wrong Hao, They will always have a chance to get weapons, if they then surf bad, then ofc they cant reach it. And idd its not a break of rule, and there's alot of people doing it (including myself) but ofc. if an admin asks you to stop, you should really considering stopping, it has to be fun for every1.

1 hour ban seems fine to me (if he were warned)

as far as I can see it's about this player having some skills that he might spawnkill, it is allowed to use your skills you've earned in the game, but it's not allowed to spawn kill at the start of the game!!!
The reason is that we would like to give new pleople also a chance in playing and not being killed straight on because someone is using his/her skills (advantages).
If you have little honor you wouldn't do it and play it fair.
As far as I can see, hao did warned you first and you've ignored him!
So in my opinion this ban has been made correct!
About the reason for banning, I'm also defending hao in this matter. Your gameplay is just lame and shows lack of skill! If you're so good to reach that kind of skills, you can kill those players on a decent way (and probably on a more skilled way aswell).
The admin interfered because the gameplaying was being disturbed and therefor he had to take action to stop this!
If you start complaining for actions an admin takes to improove the gameplay you can start making complaints for everything!

Further I want remind you that if you have a complaint about the admin, make sure you got some kind of proove (I refer and quote: "This is my complaint about him being admin also....")
You complain about hao but you don't give us any examples or prooves ...
Personal conflicts with this admin won't be dealt! Either you accept that he's admin and play nice on our server or you don't and leave ... (unless you got proove this admin is realy admin abusing, but before saying such things I would strongly suggest that you should have a very very very good reason to say!)

I rest my case, ban is made correct and is already expired (1hour ban).

Loool, dind see the topic for a few day's.

But still, its wrong to ban me for that one.
Maybe i dind see him talk to me in chat?

Beside's that it IS NOT SPAWNKILL!
Spawn is where player's are starting, where i killed those player's wasnt spawn!
There is no rule on the server that say's that i cant do what i did.

Still on surf 3000 they can choose 2 way's, left and to the right.
it doesnt mather wich one i take becouse ill still kill people within the first 30 sec's in that map.
Ignoring admin? wtf i would not ignore i just dind notice him talking to me.

Maybe its becouse i killed him there ?
Still dont get it why, i dind break any rule beside ignoring admin like he say's ( I just dind notice him saying that)
Even iff i did, why could he forbid me to kill people in that way iff it isnt forbidden?

If you didn't notice his warnings, you should look at the chat more often, although if Hao has a mic, that would be better.


My conclusion: if you just killed people on any other place then spawn or a teleport exit, this ban was unjustified.

There is no teleporter close to it.
They surf to that place to get a weapon, so no teleporter there.
They can even choose to go the other way so...

Nvm, i just wanted to let him know what he did isnt allowed ( that ban )
