Say !zclasses (or go to the classes menu via !zmenu) and select the skin of your choosing
For now its just the predator skin that is exclusively for donators.By the way, you only have the donators privilege, being a TwG member is something else. Also, for as far as I know only #6 Zombie Escape has custom skins.

Steam-ID can be found igame by: opening console and type: status
Then a list of players + their steam id's appears, including your own.
About the skins, if i'm right only the zombie escape mod got custom (human) skins. (which can be found by typing "!models" in chat)

and pred class have bette jumping
and biath come and play with us in zombie escape
