I was banned on Tweakgaming #8 (RPG Surf) by Admin (Blackspider).

Reason teleportcamping, you know the rules

Story:
We were playing at surf_dust_2008 (or something, i cannnot remember the name fully) (but the map with alot of AWP fights, and Bomb plants).
He said i was telecamping, and I answered (i cannot remember exactly but it is in the logs). "Then ban me, and proof it, or su.."
And well, he left the server and few minutes later -- Banned .

He has no evidence of me telecamping, so should he really be allowed to ban me for that?
If admin abusing is not, to ban people without having any proof. What is it?
I don't say i want his admin rights removed, I would just like if there were some "clear" rules, of what an admin is allowed to do, and what not to do.

3 day ban.... looks fair to me... no abuse there (rules are for everyone )

And for the things i said; Ofcourse i should NOT be saying stuff like this EVER.. But.. We both know, that you were provoking me in the ingame microphone talk..

I think, that the situation Blackspider is talking about is:

We were both on Bombsite B (The lower platform where there are 4 teleport "houses").
He was shooting at me, with duals, I lost my USP, so I tried to run (I was being shot with frost pistol, so it went slowly). When i finaly came into a teleport, I changed weapon to my AWP. In less than a second, he was there and i shot him (idk if it was a killing shot i dont remember).
But i cannot see why it should be camping.

1st: You were hunting me
2nd: I was there "alone" in less than a second
3rd: You expected me to be there..
4th: I don't know if this is the situation you talk about, but what I did here was not camping ..

People should not sit and wait for people to come into teleports, but since we were "fighting" with eachother already, it was not much of a camping situation. I don't believe in the fact that something that is less than 3-5 seconds, should or could, be considered as camping, otherwise. If you just look at a teleporting spawn place, it should be considered as spawncamping. You cannot expect to be "safe" when you go into a teleport, so many things can have happened, which you don't know..

with the fighting part... that happens, all the other times...., i don't ban fast i warn a lot, sometimes you're just lucky, sometimes not, i don't care, but with some people it just happens a lot more then with others...

and then i ban when it happens 2 much, can't be always an accident that i just passed through...

and still, the insult wasn't needed at all

unbanned, I can't believe that skaper would do something like that, he's been playing for a very long time on twg servers and never did anything wrong!
Besides he probably knows the rules beter than 90% of all persons in twg.

About the insult, I don't like that and skaper I'm surprised that you actually said something like that!
I'd like an apologie from you skaper towards blackspider for your language towards him!
