The only things i can say about this ,
Be first a bit active on the forums of TwG before you make a admin app.

And you forgot to add "And tell us some more about yourself in a little story (then we know a little bit how good your English is and how you speak)"
in your admin application,

first learn the rules before you apply for admin on our servers
