Hmm. First it started that I couldn't play Css anymore, and now if I use steam my whole pc gets laggy and stuff. I can't start up any steam game and chatting is also almost impossible because it laggs all the time. Does anyone of you know what the problem is?

Is it only with steam or is it with any programm in generall? Since it could also be some broken hardware due to dust or smth like that. You're supposed to clean your computer like once a year so it doesn't get broken due to particles and dust.
