I was banned some time ago for aimbot. I think it was by blackspider. I had a look at the demo, and I can't see anything that would be caused by an aimbot. The reason for the ban was "3 noscopes".
I don't see how making noscopes while l am standing 1 feet away from someone is aimbot?

The reason for the late unban request was because at first I didn't want to appeal my ban, but later on when I tried registering, it didn't show the register form.

Hope someone can clarify some things.

So, that means I can't try to noscope people from far away?

i didn't say that, i'm just saying, i had complaints about you, about the headshots, i came in, saw you doing that, banned ya, if you where lucky... would be verry lucky

I don't remember any long distance-ish noscopes, all I did was run into people and noscope them.

if it is we admins will have a look at it.

but if demo isn't there anymore.. xtanker should be unbanned.

well chup,
about half a year all the demo's will be removed so a player have to make a unban request within 6 months. we can't keep the demo's longer because of the space it takes. So watch out saying an unban

i've seen the demo and i don't believe there is any aimbot involved.
He is just shooting randomly ....no weird twist or shaky movements or anything.

so in my opinion he should be unbanned!...

got 6 demo's going to upload them tomorrow or watch them myself first, they are not all mine, people sended them to me, and then i went online, specatated him, saw him giving 6 headshots, i think 3 further away without scope, then i recorded a min, that one i uploaded, but since it looked strange, i banned him, didn't bother to watcht the others :s since i thought if you make a total of 9 headshots like that and people where complaining, that something must have been wrong.

To xtanker, sorry if you wheren't cheating, anyway tomorrow you will have you're answer.

yes i only saw the demo you've uploaded on sourcebans so i thought that was the best demo out there (didn't know you had more).. ...but that demo is (in my point of vieuw) not worth a perm ban... all i can see is him shooting random shots without doing something amazing..

Honestly, I don't play CS:S that much lately, so it won't bother me if I don't get unbanned.

sorry for it second demo crashed on me 3 times lol, but kinda the same, but from far away, otherwise i'll upload them, will try to watch them again tomorrow morning, 1 demo with nothing on, just you hear the people telling it, and me why i banned you, seemed like i banned you for 3 headshots from far away without scope, and then i used the other demo, to upload it, because you where still making headshots.

Anyway 1 more day for the answer will not be that bad

ok, sorry for this, i'm moving my computer today since i'm moving, didn't had the chance yet, but with what i saw so far, i don't remember it all, since it was 3 months ago, i had complaints from 4 people about you with the headshots, that day, i couldn't see all demo's yet because some of them keeps giving me errors, i'll try to upload them sunday (then i got my internet fixed in my house) and let them see the other admins and see what they say about it.

I'm not going to unbann you till then, since it is weird that multiple people complained about it at the same time.

If no off the demo's show any real proof, you will get your unbann, but i want to see what the other admins say.

And a second thing, if you get unbanned, but i get that much complaints from 1 single player again on a same day, you will have that ban again, cheating or not, the server has to be fun for everyone, i normally don't get that much complaints from 1 person unless they keep mic spamming or are holding up the game.

You can only ban permanent if someone is cheating. You just threaten him with a ban that isn't even allowed. c'mon be mature and keep your job serious.
Also if the ban is because of 'lame gameplay' just ban the whole server.
There is nothing wrong with this guy. I have played alot with him on the server and I never knew that his is banned.\
